30 day shred

So I start my 30 day shred this eve. Just wondering for all who've done it what do you log the work out as?

    Hey... I love the workout immensely. I log it as aerobics, low impact. I know that it's not quite an accurate way of describing things, but the calorie burn is about the same. If you're new to exercise, you could also log it as aeorbics, high impact.

    thanks, I was unsure whether to log as circuits or aerobics (havent seen it yet) Just using for my non gym days at the min, looking forward to it, apparently it hurts like hell.
