Hi everyone

I had the first picture below taken at around Easter, and thought I never want to look like a chipmunk again! In April I was exactly 16st / 102kg and 29.9BMI (I'm 6'). I lost half a stone before getting a personal trainer. I'm now 2lb off 2st loss since then (it's getting harder!) but loving the new level of fitness, ability to run upstairs and keep up with the kids :) Being fit and healthy and a good example to my girls is my main motivation. My 4 year old said the other day 'mummy when will I be big enough to come to the gym with you?' Aww... anyway, just to say it IS possible, thanks to MFP and some serious sweat, and I'm so close to ONEderland I can smell it... one more stone to go to hit the top end of 'normal' BMI.

April, one of those photo shoot scams!
I took the pic of the photo with my phone and it's upside down, thought I'd resolved it with photobucked but obviously not... sorry about that and the sizes!

Thanks! I feel so much better. It's funny though ppl at work only noticed at exactly 1st gone, and then suddenly had a whole new crop of 'have you lost more weight' yesterday about a st later...
