Hi. I found this site through Blackberry Apps and I'm loving it. I'm a forty-something wheelchair user in the UK, I play wheelchair basketball and swim but I've always had to watch what I eat. I'm looking forward to losing about a stone through eating healthier and getting to the gym/pool more often. I've always found monitoring my diet helps keep me aware of what I'm eating and motivated to stick to it at times of stress. MFP is so much easier than carrying round a notebook and calorie-bible and doing all the maths myself!!
