Some exercise is always better than none! Why stop now! Just do it, keep track of it and at the end go again and beat your record! :D

Doing it is going to make you see results no matter if you do it every day or not. You are going to see way more results doing it every couple of days than you would sitting on the couch lol. BUT if you do it every day you will see more results. Just do it a total of 30 days, don't count your missed days in that 30

    Do continue.
    I took 55 days. :blushing:
But best of all I love how much stronger and fitter I feel doing this workout. Have done it again since and took 40+ days. My daughter ( a professional dancer) now has my DVD and loves the workout. Not sure i will ever get it back. So have now tried her No More Trouble Zones. Its tough but good.

I started mine last Saturday and have missed days out since (either due to spin class or just general days off).

Even after the first few sessions I was noticing a difference. My stomach feels and looks different so it is worth carrying on.

Just wait until you have done 30 days in total and count that as completed.

Looking forward to seeing the difference in me after 30 sessions so I'm certain it will be worth it for you too!!! Keep going!!

took me 50 some odd days to do mine and I started seeing results within a week, but my results from finishing it are in my pics. It can make some major changes for you if you commit to it. Just do it, you'll be glad you did
