It's always hard to go back to work after holiday off..... but I had a nice surprise today! One of my co-workers was on vacation all last week and when she saw me these morning, she complimented on how good I looked and she could really tell I'd lost weight! Of course, I only lost 1 lb since I last saw her, but maybe that exercising is toning me up too! Anyway.... it was nice to hear!
