I have horrible posture... I have scoliosis and am sick of blaming that for my problem... anyone have any pointers to get my posture on a better track? I look like a duck... I push my stomach out and down and my butt out and up... Who made me think THAT is a good posture to have?!

Yoga or dance classes will teach you to stand up straight and your body will eventually do it automatically without you even having to think about it.0

I agree Yoga and Tai-Chi are great exercise for the back and your posture will improve by getting muscle along your spine.0

Yoga is a great starting point for learning proper alignment and balance.
Also if you sit at a desk a lot replace your computer chair with one of those large exercise ball. You pretty much have to sit up properly on one of those if you don't want to hit the floor.
The biggest thing is remembering. We often slouch without even realizing we are doing it. Put on a bracelet or something that you can associate with it so that when you see it you'll remember to check your posture.0
