Hi,
Does Anyone On Here Do Pole-Dancing??
I Would Love To Start Lessons..And Also Get A Pole For Home To Practise On..
Any Tips Or Recommendations Of Classes In London Would Be Much Appreciated...

    I can tell you it is a good and hard work out! Takes a lot of core strength, I couldn't get up on it the first month!!! Haha.
