Do you guys roll over your totals or start fresh the next day?
I'm just wondering cuz yesterday I went over a few calories, so should I stay below today?

just start a new day. If you do to many don't beat your self up just start new the next day.0

i guess it all comes out in the wash cuz i worked out a lot today and can't make up the calories....so I'm sure I'll still lose.0

I stick by you should eat 8,400 calories a week. I think it's better to stagger the calories to keep your metabolism guessing.0

Don't sweat it (pun intended). You can always walk around the block a couple of times briskly to make up for the few extra calories.
The next day start fresh.

I do it one day at a time and if I over do it one day then I make it up by exercising more that day or the next day.0
