Hello everyone I am new to my fitnesspal I heard that this is a nice tool to keep track of what you eat. I had my third baby boy two months ago and I am tryting to loose 30 pounds that I gained with my last pregnancy. As a mom it is hard to find the time to excersice but I want to be a healthy mommy for my boys. Feel free to add me for support.
