just having a bad day but why take it out on me... the person who is STILL in work and will be until tommorow. i understand he was up early but no need for the attitude0 -
Sounds like he was just tryin' to chill out.0

Funny, isn't it? Men make a big deal about a woman's moods, but they aren't any better.0

Looks like you maybe just be dating "Mr Cranky Pants" .. Pfftt! You had the audacity to disturb him .. and he vented
... (overdramatically I might add) ..
We all can become b!tchy at one time or another .. If this is a one time occurance or a very rare occasion, I wouldn't think too much of it .. If that were me .. I would have appologized for disturbing him, because I would be sorry for disturbing him .. then I would b!tch slap him for snapping at me. But that's me .. If you push me .. I push back.
If it festors into something more serious and If he is a "new" boyfriend .. sounds like you're in for a bumpy ride.0 -

no we live together and have been together for nearly 2 years. he is a lovely boyfriend and i love him lots but it just got to me that he snapped so harshly at me for his mood wich he gained at work..... i didnt think it was fair because i now feel like s**t0 -

'Cause you're closest and easiest. You know what they say about always hurting the one you love. :-)
Sorry he's being snippy. Hopefully, he'll apologize.0 -

I'm sorry.. there is no excuse to act like that... Bad day or not. I understand everyone has a bad day every so often but if i had a bad day and my bf called me i would be happy to talk to them and probably vent.. not take it out on them.. The only way i would understand is if he was napping.. lol My fiance knows better to snap at me for a bad day...lol Hope your day gets better0 -

FAIR? Of course it wasn't fair. No question about it .. He behaved badly, when he so rudely snapped at you.
But, I wouldn't let it bother you so much. Unless it's something that borders on being abusive, then maybe you might have a problem. We all .. and I mean ALL ... crack under pressure, have bad days, or snap on occasion ... Although hurtful, I really doubt if he meant anything by it .. there's no reason to believe there was anything sinister going on ... is there?
Of course, he should appologize .. and you should both move on. If you are going to be in a relationship where every cross word, snide remark or mumble under one's breath is going to cause highened friction between you two you are going to have a very bumpy ride.
There are too many things in any longterm relationship that will cause drama and friction as it is ..... Pick your battles. As years go on .. believe it or not .. you do get a thicker skin.0 -
