I've been on MyPlate for many years, but now my daughter has started logging on this site, so I joined her. I find this site MUCH FASTER than MyPlate to add items. So far, I'm really liking it, especially the ability to set my own nutrient goals. I'm currently attempting a very-low-carb diet and need to set my fat grams very high and carb grams really low.

Well, it's been two weeks since I started a ketogenic diet. I have lost three lbs, but I'm tired all the time. I think I'll give it another couple of weeks and then begin adding more veggies.0
