I have just joined this group and look forward to positive feedback from other members. I run a home daycare and have 2 little girls. I try to eat very healthy and stay active. I look forward to being involved with all of the members

    welcome to MFP, this site has helped me to lost 10 lbs, but then i got off tract, im back here again and i know it will work with support.. add me if you like,ill always here to support , you can do this!!
