Hello everyone..

I've been overweight for the passed 3years or so now, after an unfortuante inicdent i turned to food for comfort.
I then got into a abusive relationship, again got depressed ate more..which has seen my weight go from 8st to 14st in just under 3years, in 2 years i have had no love life, hardly any social life as i am ashamed of myself. I have gone through trying to strave myself, all these different diets and now i just want to eat healthy, exercise and gain control over my life once again!

If anyone has any inspirational journeys they'd like to tell me, or anything to do when going through patches of depression so i don't overeat i'd be so greatful! x
