I have some Nikes that I got a couple of months ago and since then I have really been trying to get my exercise in. My right ankle has been hurting and it is a little swollen but I didnt do anything to it. My step teacher said that my ankles are weak right now and that I need better shoes with lateral support. Does anyone know of a good pair of shoes that I can get. I really dont know much about tennis shoes and there are so many different types. I mostly do Step aerobics and on the weekends I will do the elliptical and treadmill. Sometimes I might walk outside. THat is pretty much my exercise.

Thank you
Connie
