Ate Fried Sandwich?!?

I didn't know what I was thinking, but I ate a chicken patty sandwich fried and now I feel gross. What exercises can I do to burn this off???

    Any type of cardio will work. I am guessing it was about 450 calories? Do you have Zumba? Do that for an hour. You dont need to burn it off all the way if it is part a a dinner, now if you ate it as a snack then you should think twice about doing it again.

    Haha... any exercise in your target heart range will burn calories and fat.
  • doesn't matter what sort you do, just go do some. Walking, jogging, back flips down the street. Any cardio will do the trick.
  • Don't feel so bad....just do what you know you have to do!

    Any Type would do you good, preferably Cardio though
