Calories for eating out?

How do you count calories if you eat out and the restaurant you ate at does not have any nutrition information and there isn't any on the internet either?

I try to do the best I can by searching for foods that are similar to what I just ate.0

I also do this and if the meal seemed greasy, I overestimate a bit!0 -

This. I'll even go with different restaurants listings. Like PF Changs whenever I eat Chinese, or "Chinese buffet" when I go to the Napalese buffet.0 -
I try to estimate how much of individual ingredients there are, if that's reasonable, and input them separately.0
