Hello all,
Just thought I'd say "hello" to everyone. A friend of mine had recommended this site as a way to track meals, calories and such. I'm doing P90X with a bit of Insanity here and there. When I've done it in the past, I've just tried to be reasonable about meals, but never really tracked carbs vs. proteins and such. So, to get the most out of my workouts, I'm now trying to take a better look at what and how much I typically eat. Along with my workouts, I'm also trying to do events here and there to make it interesting. A few weeks ago I did the Pittsburgh Triathlon (my first) and earlier this summer I did the Warrior Dash in Ohio, which was fun. This is all really just an effort to get in better shape as time marches on and the metabolism wants to slow down. So, if you have an interest in any of that, or also happen to enjoy Celtic music or piping, feel free to get in touch!
