hey all,
just joined the progam. Hope this can keep me on target. My wife and I have been training for a 5K run at our local "Y". We're about 1/2 way through the program. Doing ok with the running but not seeing any weight loss. Very depressing!!!! I've easily lost weight in the past but seem to really be struggling this time.

    You're probably gaining muscle mass. Good job! This increases your metabolism.

    Hope so. feel pretty good about the running. I got over the I'm gonna fall over dead hump. I can actually carry on a conversation while I'm running. I'm actually starting to like it.
