Body Fat Testing

I am looking for a good way to check and monitor body fat.
I know they make scales that do it but, they seem expensive.

I looked online at options and they are endless.

What do you recommend? Looking for products here.

    the most accurate bf test is a DEXA scan and then something like the bodpod. at home testing like BIA scales aren't that great in terms of accuracy. the cheapest would be a set of calipers, but again the accuracy depends on the skill and consistency of the person doing the measurements
