A couple of months ago I asked my friend who's a dress maker to make me a skirt I'd seen in a Vintage picture because I couldn't find anything like it neither in stores or online. She took my waist measurements and made it perfectly - but I'd lost an inch off of my waist so it was too big!

This was major good news for me because I was feeling down hearted lately at the lack of progress I'd been making. Although the numbers on the scale weren't shifting (or shifted for a day before bouncing back again) I know now that I have made improvements and I'm one step closer to a flatter stomach! :D
