Small steps or big ones

when I needed to lose about 60 lbs, I felt so overwhelmed! I was like oh great I lost 25 of the 60, seeing that 60 number I feel sabotages me! So I need to lose just 31 more to go take my asvab and my physical, and I was thinking WOAH that's so realistic! I've almost lost that already
no more big goals!

I work best with small steps. I take the one day at a time approach and sometimes it's one minute at a time. Break it into small goals while keeping the big picture in mind.0

I agree with small steps. My goal is to lose 50-60 pounds. I am giving myself over a year to complete that goal. I have been losing 1 pound a week on average. I feel like I am doing great. I am sticking to this. I have already lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks.0
