WOW! Fabulous. What a great job. How did you start? What inspired you to begin?

I've tracked my journey on a blog but in short, I started my journey when I could no longer stand without leaning on something for support for more then 5 min. I had a wake up call that I had let it all go to far. Started slow, had a few bumps along the way and then last year set a goal of 100 in 1 (100lbs in 1 year) which I started and completed on July 31st. Now I'm onto phase 2 - my final 60 lbs.
