heya all im new to this. i used to be a size 8 now im a size 20 :-( i have been on a diet for 4 days and have completed excercise dvds. this is more than i have done in years. help and advice appriciated . jojo xx

    Stick to it! It only gets easier once the good habits form.
  • thank you. i do feel a slight differance already. i have more energy.im used to eating what i want when i want. im going to try really hard.

    Definitely takes some will power!

    I find exercising in the morning really helps my energy and motivation level throughout the day. Hopefully the extra motivation will help curb off those cravings!

    This is a great site for keeping tracking of your diet and exercise. And you can combine this with other diets if you like.

    I am findingf exercise is big part of making this work. Keep at it and it will pay off.
