Hi, my name is Kenya and I am new to this site. I have tried countless diets and nothing seems to work. These days, I am @ my heaviest 252.0 ( well that was actually 2 weeks ago), but today I weighed in @ 245.9 after going the "healthy" route the last 2 weeks. My mantra is" U r 2 kute to b so big", so I've gotta live up to my own standards, lolz. Just kidding, but I am in my late 30's and it's not a good look. Looking for lotz of motiviation!!!!!!

Great place to be. Document everything you eat even if you "blow it". Be as accurate as you can even if you are creative and find something as close to what you had as possible. Use the comment box at the bottom of your food diary. If you pig out or ? make sure you comment in there if you were tired, angry, bored, stressed, etc. It just helps you. I also put in my daily morning weigh in that space as well. Make sure you drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water (8 oz each) as that helps with the munchies, etc. Sometimes we think we are hungry but we really are thirsty. You are right: you are worth it, you can do it, and you are 2 cute 2 be heavy. Good luck on your journey.0
