Get Slimmer Thighs?

My thighs are absolutley huge ! and i hate them.
Is there any excersizes that will slim down my thighs that i can do at home ?

    i used to have big thighs, im pear shaped so will always be smaller up top and bigger on the bottom. the 30ds and running has def helped to make them more defined and slimmer.

    30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 will make a difference. I have lost 2 1/2 inches off my thighs from 30 Day Shred. Have to wait 28 more days before results are in about Ripped in 30 but I know they will go decrease.

    Sadly, you cant target weight loss. You have to work out your whole body (Cardio-running, walking, jumping jacks, etc.) and burn fat all over. One the fat is gone however you can use strength training to target your thighs and make them as tone as you want them to be.

    squats (all kinds), lunges, step-ups. since you are doing them at home I would do lots of reps since you probably dont have weights to add.

    sorry to tell you --- squats and lunges. Gain muscle to help burn fat.

    Otherwise, I am going to assume that is the last place you will lose. Keep doing what your doing --- eventually your body will have to burn that fat too :)

    I'm the same way, it is very discouraging. But since adding squats and lunges, they have changed by at least half an inch. Better than nothing :)

    Squats has worked drastically for me over the last 6 weeks...150-250 daily..(we were in a contest) and I order Jillian Killer Thighs and Buns in hopes that it will take off more inches and lean my legs out..Hope this helps..
  • Cardio... I have the same thigh issue but I've been doing a cross training machine at the gym (pretty much an elliptical w/ slight differences) and have seen good results on my thighs. Even when my weight loss seemed to have slowed down a lot my jeans continue to be getting really loose on my thighs & butt!! yay!! :smile:
