  • FIFTY ONE POUNDS??? You are a rock star!!!! Nicely done! I obviously would know nothing about that level of committment, but it does sound like it stopped being fun for you at some point. See if reevaluating how to add some fun back in might help a little. ...did I say good job? Wow!

Thirty one. Ok I read it wrong, sorry. Still great job!! Make it fun again.
  • I know the feeling of starting and stopping! You have done an amazing job though, so don't beat yourself up! Feel free to add me if you want some extra motivation :D

Look how far you have come! You don't need workout partners... you are doing this for you, not them! I am mildly agoraphobic, my problem is mostly about going alone, but when my workout partner abandoned me, I had to jump in and just go. I go to the Y during the slow periods so it's not so bad. And guess what? When my workout partner saw the difference in me, she started coming again. Try mixing up your workout rather than doing the same routine each time, try some group exercise like Zumba or Pilates...whatever interest you. If you don't go to the gym and are walking or running for exercise, try a different route or park somewhere. Grab a new workout video, Just switch things up a bit... you have come so far, don't let anyone or anything get in your way!
