Potato crust pizza

I saw this website (below) for a replacement for pizza.... but I think I'm going to alter it due to what I just heard on the cooking channel 30 minutes ago... this one food traveler guy (a big guy) on that cable channel said that said the the best pizza he ever had was by a certain restaurant that made a crust with tomato marinara that had only tomato sause, oregano and olive oil.... no cheese.... it may take me 6 months for me to get the marinara to taste just perfect but I will.... (it take s so long with trial and error because I do not use salt to enhance... only spices and other ingredients...

I eat about 3 potatoes a day and they have many more vitamin and other benefits than bread (I get my fiber and iron from other ingredients so enriched bread is empty carb calories to me).

Let me know if any of you have tried something like this...
