Do you itch too?

For some reason when I workout and start to sweat my stomach and sides start to itch?!? It almost feels like a rash. As soon as I cool off the itching stops. Anyone have this issue?

You are not alone, it happens to me too! I find that if I put lotion on my skin before I work out it helps.

My legs used to get itchy when I ran, especially when it was cold out. It hasn't happened in the warmer months to me, but I don't know that it won't start up again when it gets colder. I find that it goes away if you ignore it for 10 minutes or so.

Since we are sharing I find that my scalp itches and my legs will itch. I was told it is due to dry skin so I use a really good conditioner for my scalp and I use baby oil on my legs. I use the baby oil while I am still wet after the shower and then pat dry it works really well.

I get it sometimes on my upper stomach. It itches like hell and no matter how much you itch it won't go!
I just exfoliate when I shower then ignore it until it goes.

my scalp (near my neck), sides, legs and upper arms...not all at the same time...but usually when working out at least one of those places itch. I have a shower and it stops.

Nope..not that I know of..BUT TDGee had the itchy butt 1st, which he neglected to tell you. I caught his cooties and ONLY he and I know how THAT happened..right SGM ???

As comically "SOUTH" this went...The itch comes from blood moving to the part of the body that dont get much movement! It can otherwise be deemed as BURN. Keep rolling with it, keep pushing. Eventually it will become constant flow and the burn goes away...

Perhaps you have some chafing issues??? You can buy Body Glide to rub on areas that may be irritated... A running store would carry it or a sporting goods store.

Nope! My heinie is perfectly itch and rash free. One could eat off of it!
The CDC called, VD, They want to know why you don't wipe down the equipment after you use it at the gym. They also said something about "front to back" Not quite sure what they meant. I figured you should know.
