Weekends ..

I need motivation!

I've been really good when counting my calories (MFP 1200 calories/per day). But when it comes to the weekends ..I suck! :(

What are you guys doing to control your portions and stay within your calories/per day?

I know I can be bad once in a while - but all weekend!!! Is not that I am eating junk food.. I just eat a lot!

I gain 3lbs over the weekend : ( - and it was so hard to get to the weight before my weekend started and I ruined it!

Please help and let me know what you guys do to stay true and not feel guilty and dissapointed!

I really need to hit the gym today and all week!

I am going to Cabo in a few weeks and I need to look decent and feel good about myself!

    Plan you meals before the weekend begins, and see how many extra calories you need to burn off to fit within your limit, and be active. Hike, swim, play a sport, do social activities that involve activity.
