1100 cals on 60 mins high intensity circuits, 60 mins lifting then 30 mins spinning0

An hour of hard DDR for around 800, cant remember the exact number, then 2 hours of league badminton.0 -
I did 3200 one day last week. I ran in the morning, I ran again in the afternoon, and then I rode my horse for two hours.0

I regularly burn1200-1400 on Tuesdays (not today, as I have TONIGHT OFF FROM DANCE REHEARSAL -- WOO HOO) ha ha, can you tell I'm excited about that?
Also I regularly burn about 1500 on a 2.5 hour bike ride at 14-16 mph.
The most I have burned so far in a day was about 2300 for a 4 hour bike ride at 14-16 mph.
However, this Sunday, I am riding 80 miles, hopefully at 15-16 mph, so that will burn about 3200 calories.
Then, on 9/24 I am riding a century (103-mile bike ride) with a 3500 ft. climb. It should take about 7 hours (I hope) and I anticipate burning over 4000 calories.

The marathon I did for my 21st birthday, which was probably about 4000 calories. When I was training for it, though, I'd have days where I'd run for cross-country in the afternoon, do marching band for two hours, take a martial arts class, then run another hour or two after that on my own. I was probably burning upwards of 2000 calories a day regularly, just in the afternoons.0

I burned somewhere around 2000 last Saturday - 20 mile run.0

The most calories I burned in 1 day was 1260 doing a high intensity spin class! I average 700-1000 cals a day with 45-60 mins of cardio!0

i've burnt over 1450 cals at the gym quite a few times using the arc trainer, the bike and elleptical.0

The most I've done is probably about 2,200 calories and this is when I go cycling. It would be about 33-35 miles at a pace of approximately 16-18mph on average for the entire trip!0

My biggest burn so far was a 10 mile hike with a 25 pound pack on. I burned about 3,300 cals that day.0

Guys just to say number ine how did u count ur calories and number 2 between about 3000 and 4500 cal per day is the most amount anyone could burn even if they were exersizing all day. I burnt just over 2000 calories today by. : getting up at six and riding a 3 hour bike ride, at 9.30,I did 100 squats with 10 kg weights in each hand followed by about 50 pressups then I went for a walk till 12:30 then did 7.5 hours of running (no exaggeration) followed by 1/2 a hours quick byciclying and I only just burnt 2250 cals .. Also children burn more than adults. I have a nike fuel band to count my calories..0

A long distance inline tour skating event in Holland. 140 km in 6 hours plus four 15 minute breaks for food, so the event was 7 hours total. I hit the wall (total glycogen depletion) near the end. Guessing 3000 kcal burned.0

2,300 from the Rock N Roll Half Marathon in Las Vegas in 2012 (only burned 2,000 when I did the Rock N Roll halfy in Chicago in July of that same year).0

About 1800 from 3 hours of cycling.

It's really hard to calculate, because it really depends on your baseline activity level.
My overall total highest was 3900 with a heavy lifting session, lots of walking and about three hours dancing, but the exercise deduction was 1800 calories on a 2100 calorie baseline.0
