:: i guess im like everyone else by the sounds of it chuffed to have found this site i found it actually through some wonderful person whom posted the add and saying how wonderfull it was by the way this was through searching the net for some low fat low calorie healthy recipes so whoever you are THANKYOU i think this is brilliant so many other sites promise so much help and support but with a big price tag its great its free very informative ive always been rubbish at calorie counting ect anyway only downfall is at the top of my screen i keep getting adverts flashing for food burgers ice creams steaks god i better shut up mouth watering already anyway does everyone else get those adverts flashing at top if not then i think i have a deamon in my computer anyways yapped on long enough look falward to having a chat with u all good luck to you all keep positive and we can all support each other xx
