New to fitness pal - calorie issue

I'm new to the program and the database of foods and even supplements is amazing. Very easy to log, and paints a clear picture of what you did for the day.
Only issue I seem to have is that is does not display a calorie subtraction for strength training exercises. A solid and strenuous strength/weight training session can easily burn 400-600 calories, so this might mess up my net calories.
