    Lol Thanks. Yeah I'll admit I was fortunate to have caught myself before things got too out of hand. But that gut in the referee pic is what really gave methe wake up call. Glad to be almost rid of that.

    Oh no I'm in this for the long haul. I've been calling this my lifestyle change and I mean it. MFP will probably be part of my life for as long as it continues to exist. I've also got other goals yet to achieve so i'll be actively learning from the rest of y'all here for a long time to come.
