Gluten free bisquick?

So we've done pancakes, we've done cheesy biscuits. Any recipes you all particularly fond of? I'd like to maybe make croutons if that's at all possible...but I have no clue? I've tried searching here and online and haven't really found much!

    Replace flour with rice flour, I think my friend told me it was about the same.. Croutons are easy: chop up gluten free bread, toss in olive oil and spices bake until crispy!

    I'll try it with some Udi tomorrow! I'm finding that I think using the bisquick for the croutons isn't the answer haha.

    for pancakes & waffles, replace it with protein powder if you can tolerate dairy (whey protein). 4 eggs, 2 scoops whey protein.
