Gluten free bisquick?

Replace flour with rice flour, I think my friend told me it was about the same.. Croutons are easy: chop up gluten free bread, toss in olive oil and spices bake until crispy!0

I'll try it with some Udi tomorrow! I'm finding that I think using the bisquick for the croutons isn't the answer haha.0

for pancakes & waffles, replace it with protein powder if you can tolerate dairy (whey protein). 4 eggs, 2 scoops whey protein.0
