PURPLE TEAM CHALLENGE!

I challenge all purple team membebers to a walk today!

Whatever your currently doing walking wize I want you to bump it up!

I have been doing just over 3 miles on my treadmill almost every day. So today I am challenging myself to do 3.5 miles!

If you haven't been walking at all then take a walk!

If you've been walking some take it a step further! (:laugh: litterally :laugh: )

Get out there and walk. Go for a walk around your neighborhood, get on a treadmill, at home or your local gym, or just pace around your house!

Have fun, and think of me doing my 3.5 miles for TEAM PURPLE!!!!:smooched:

    Ok so I haven't been walking so I guess this is my cue to get my butt on my treadmill!! I would walk outside but it is nasty here!

    The weather here is cold! I know I am lucky to have a treadmill.

    OK! it's a beautiful morning here on the west coast.....I will walk today for at least 10,000 steps.

    I walk the kids outside with their bikes for at least 2 hrs a day. Don't know about the mileage but I'm sure sweaty afterwards.

  • I did 1.5 miles on my gazelle yesterday. I will do 2 miles today. Go purple!!!

    walked for 3 hours today...mainly around town, but with the sales on it was a fast walk lol xxx

  • Well I powerwalked yesterday and today is my off day from training but I am going grocery shopping so i'll take a couple extra laps around grocery store for the challenge:bigsmile:

    I have been doing 2 sets on my bike.
    25 min in the morning
    20 min vigorous at night.

    I just bumped my first round to 30 and I'm gonna bump round 2 to 25 vigorous.

    I'm feeling great!
  • OK ...........I DID IT!!!!

    I got in my 3.5 miles and in just over an hour!

    How did everyone else do?

    havent walked or used elliptical but did some strength training and feel better and will be sore tomorrow
  • WooHoo!!!:noway: I just did 2.15 miles on my gazelle. I can't believe I did it. And can you believe I did it in less time than it took me to do the 1.5 miles yesterday. I added .65 and did it 3 minutes faster. The only difference is that today I listed to music while I did it. Boy did I go faster while I was distracted and boogieing. :laugh: I think I might regret it tomorrow but, boy am I proud :blushing: and on a yeah me high right now!!! Thanks ladies for the inspiration and support and push to do more!!!!!!!!
