My brother told me about MFP after losing 20lbs. in 2 months.
I'm not looking to loose quite that much (10lbs) and have been successful so far at 8lbs. It's working and I give the credit to this wonderful site. I used to manually keep a diary (very time consuming!) Of the food I ate but never factored in my exercise.
Knowing now that exercise counts towards my daily calories has made me want to work out more...I didn't think losing weight meant eating more! What a concept! I'm loving it and have recommended this site to others who work out in my gym.
I still can't believe this is free! Thank you MFP and all who support it!
