i've made black bean brownies before! you cannot taste the beans at all, they are so moist, and my stepmom even said they were the best brownies she's ever had.

Hmmm, any idea if these can be made with something other than wheat flour? (Gluten free, that is.)

It's automatic when you're linking to something in MFP :) Not hard to do!
I'd be impressed if the link was to something outside of MFP though --- :p

I didn't get the recipe from his book. I saw him do the recipe on the Dr. Oz show. Beets would be good, too. I heart beets. :)

Absolutely. If you read the link I gave in the original post, you will see that I didn't use wheat flour and thus they are gluten-free. I used oat flour that I made myself. Just whiz up some oats in the food processor until they become a flour.

    Also see: http://www.wholegrainscouncil.org/whole-grains-101/gluten-free-whole-grains
for info about oats being truly gluten-free or not. I guess my particular oats may not be one million percent, truly gluten free, as they are not one of the guaranteed un-cross-contaminated brands listed in the article.

For the record, I could link to someplace outside MFP.
