Today's challenge: Crunches
Little different today....I'm trying to freshen things up a bit. See how many you can do in 5 min straight.
You can take breaks but the clock does not stop. Report back when you are done and let's see who gets the most.
I'm betting it wont be me but let's see who it is. Remember this is just for fun DO NOT over tax yourselves doing this.
You can do the crunches any style you want.
If you can't do them all then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

Ok.. reporting back.. 117 in 5 mins. :blushing: knew it wouldn't be great but am pleased. Will try again later and see if I can get a PB. Off for a ride now. Thanks for posting the challenge it's getting me into strength training gently. :happy:0

I got 235 but that 5 min seemed awful fast to me....I used my stop watch....oh well I did it....You rock Crystal!!0
