I found this awesome recipe on Fat Free Vegan:

It's already pretty light, but my dad's a diabetic, so I wanted to take out the sugar. And I'm not vegan, so I didn't have any egg replacer.

For a sweetener I used Organic Zero, for flour I used whole wheat pastry (white whole wheat), for milk I used unsweetened almond breeze, and for eggs I used a half cup of egg beaters.

Oh, and I don't like super sweet pies, so I used a little less sugar than the recipe called for and upped the cinnamon and nutmeg.

The end result?

80 CALORIE PUMPKIN PIE!
