Juicing Fast?

Has anyone ever been on a juicing fast? I was thinking of trying it and would love your thoughts!

    Don't bother. If you want to fast do a 16/8 fast. Basically fast for 16 hours eat for 8. I've been doing that for 5 months now. Leangains.com. I know some other people on the site do it too, Stick with Cals in-cals out.
