Decongestant & Water

Not sure if this is the right board - Sorry if its not. I have been taking Claritin D which is a decongestant with about 8-10 oz of water. I am don't count that water in my overall water drank for the day becuase I know decongestants use water in our bodies. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this and if I need to allot more water to the decongestant. I drink between 8-9 glasses of water a day without including the 8-10 oz. I drink with the Claritin D. Thanks for any information or feedback.
