can someone PLEASE give me a 100 % accurate description, or send me a link to a correct chart of measurements ?? ( chest, waist, hips, thighs, arms, all of it ) as i gain weight back, i take measurements, and it goes up and down as much as my weight it seems, and maybe im wrong, but it doesn't seem right..SO i want to know if anyone can help me out..this is about as frustrating as weight loss alone :grumble: thanks

Do you mean How to take your own measurements properly or the recommended measurements for a healthy body?
