I know very little except it's managing a weekly intake as opposed to a daily intake. You can see what your zig-zag allotment would look like here:

I don't follow a real routine, but I tend to look over the span of a week anyway. Hope this is somewhat helpful!0 -
I know that it's also called calorie cycling. Search "how to properly cycle calories." As with anything, the results take time.0

It will definately take some time to work. Especially if you've been eating the bare minimum. Your body will hold on to the extra calories for a bit before it realizes it isn't starving. But almost everyone who has tried it has had success if they do it properly.0
