I actually did this on my bowflex last night. I did 3 sets of 15 at 30 lbs. My DH doesn't let me go easy. But, it's good for me right???0

boy you guys are great!!! last night I did tricep curls and tricep hammer curls. I also did bench press and incline bench press as well as the chest fly.(love these...helps put the boobs back where they use to be) Tonight I will do bicep curls, shoulder shrugs, wide lat pulldown, shoulder extension, and I think narrow pulldown. I truly just do what DH tells me to. LOL But, I know last night we worked chest and triceps, tonight is bicps and shoulders and tomorrow is legs, abs, and back. I think I'm going to try the wall push ups.. I could only do 4 of the floor. I think my chest is still trying to recover from last nights work out. This is AWESOME. i have so much more energy. I've gotten so much more done house work wise than normal. I just don't want to sit down unless I'm typing to you ladies. We are going to kick some BLACK AND BLUE butt!!!:bigsmile: :blushing:0
