i am a runner, have done 11 marathons, have my 12th planned in october. always like to share training tips and race experiences.
i am on dailymile too. i think my name is "gavini" there.
@kmcrey87, i havent seen many people to weighted distance running but know it is good for sprinters. while good for endurance, to get faster you generally need you legs to get used to and comfortable with a higher turnover so i would be interested to hear your results with this training method0
