Hi everyone...I'm La Verne. I am really exciting that my friend introduced me to the site. I wish she would have kwown about it sooner. I am only on day 2, but I think this tool is really going to help me be accountable. It has already helped me with my eating choices. Let's hope that I can stick to it this time. It definitely helps that it is FREE!!!: happy:

I have been participating on this site for about 2 weeks. already down 3 lbs. my overall weight loss goal was 10 lbs.
