So I've been reading a lot of the posts here, and on various sites. I think I know what I need to do!! I've been eating healthier for a couple of months, but I've never made time for breakfast, and when I'm at work I eat foods with a lot of sodium(Bowl Apettit with 1050+ in sodium!!)...Before I found MFP I never even realized to record the amount of sodium I eat in a day...I dont drink soda, but I have read a lot about water intake recently too, and I realized I have to start drinking way more then I do now...
I am now going to start making time in the morning for a healthy breakfast, and get my healthy, LOW sodium lunches ready the night before...
I have always told myself that I have to lose weight for me, to feel better and look better, but more importantly to be happy with myself. It wont be done by just saying it...I HAVE to do this for ME!
