new and starting Charlean X

Okay, so I am new to this site and I am starting Charlean Extreme this week!
I gained 75 pounds with my last pregnancy and have lost 50 pounds, very slowly,
but have been at a standstill for two years! I want to loose at least 25 pounds.
I have tried everything and no changes so I saw the CE and was thinking
since I am approaching 40 and walking, jogging and diet are no longer working
that maybe the weight training would work.
Looking for anyone in same place or who has done CE or doing CE that wants
new friends!

    Count me in, I just started charlena xtreme this week also. I also added turbo fire when i have energy.
    I'm in 40s also. Today is burn circut 3 for me.

    Best of luck with Charlean X!! I heard it is great and will be getting myself in a few months. I want to get closer to goal before starting it, so I am sticking with high intensity cardio focus like TurboFire, then Insanity.

    So, welcome to MFP!! It is a great place and a great tool.

    I'm halfway through phase 2 of ChaLEAN Extreme and I love it! I can't vouch for its weight -loss properties because I was already within a few pounds of my goal weight when I started, but the muscle definition it's given me is FABULOUS! I think you're really going to enjoy the workouts. I'll send you a friend request!
