...cut out 70g carbs, and add 20g protein and 14g fat, while keeping the calorie count approximately the same (1425-1475). suggestions please?
Quaker - Honey Graham Oh's, 3/4 cup 110, 23carbs
Organic Valley - 1% Milk, 1 cup 110, 13carbs

Generic - Fugi Apple, 0.5 medium 40, 11carbs
Precious - All Natural Cheese Sticks Pepper Jack, 1 stick 80, 2carbs
Butterball - Turkey Breast Cajun Style Deli , 4 oz (2 slices) 120, 4carbs
Tomatoes - Red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 large whole 66, 14carbs
Green Beans - Green Giant , 1 cup 40, 10carbs
Stoneyfield Farm Organic - Okios Greek Yogurt, Honey 120, 18carbs
Homemade - Balsamic Glazed Halibut, 1 portion 230, 7carbs
Broccoli - Cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 0.5 cup 22, 4carbs
Linda's - Fried Zucchini Patties, 3 patty 173, 26carbs
Nature Factor - Organic Young Coconut Water, 2 can 160, 32carbs
a few notes, i don't normally eat oh's cereal, but i have a box that i am trying to get rid of. the coconut water is actually one large can that i drink after bikram yoga; i need it to replace potassium and sodium. the zucchini i can saute instead of breading and that will probably help the carb count.
thanks for any help.
