Help with numbers

I do the Wii fit free step for 30 minutes everynight, but I recently added in weights while doing this. They are only 2.5lbs each, but I lift them while doing my steps,any idea how I can count this into my exercises? I feel jipped by only putting 30 minutes on free step.Thanks

    you can get a heart rate monitor to better monitor how many calories you burn. and good job incorporating some weights in ur excersies.!!

    yep, you will need to get a HRM to figure out how many calories you're burning.
